Our AI assistant solutions are built using Chatbase technology, along with AI models from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, DeepSeek, and Cohere. By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.
2. Service Description
Dialogic Labs provides custom AI assistant implementation and training services using Chatbase’s platform as a foundation. Our role is to create bespoke AI models tailored to your business, ensuring they reflect your company's unique voice, knowledge, and operational needs.
We specialize in:
AI setup, configuration, and customization
Training models exclusively on your business data
Ongoing optimization, support, and monitoring
3. Third-Party Services
3.1 Chatbase Integration
Our AI chat assistant framework operates using Chatbase technology.
Your use of AI services is also subject to Chatbase’s terms and conditions.
We do not own or control Chatbase’s AI infrastructure.
Service availability may be affected by Chatbase’s system performance.
3.2 AI Model Providers
We use AI models from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, DeepSeek, and Cohere to build custom solutions. However, once integrated, models are cut off from external sources and function exclusively within your business ecosystem.

5. Subscription and Payments
5.1 Fees

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.
Failed payments may result in temporary suspension of service.
Subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle starts.

7. Support and Service Levels
We provide support for AI setup, customization, and management.
Technical issues related to Chatbase’s technology must be addressed via Chatbase’s support policies.
Support availability varies based on your service plan.
8. Termination
You may cancel your subscription with 30 days’ notice.
We may suspend or terminate services if:

❌ You violate these Terms.
❌ We discontinue the service offering.
9. Liability
We limit our liability to:
The amount paid for services in the past 12 months, OR
£500, whichever is greater.
We are not responsible for:
Service disruptions caused by Chatbase or AI model providers.
Any business losses due to AI decision-making errors.
Third-party system failures impacting AI availability.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
Changes will be communicated via email or website updates.
Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
